First off, thank you all so much for your patience, we truly appreciate it. We wanted to share an important update regarding the room block at Iberostar.

Unfortunately, we ran into some unexpected issues with the hotel. The original rates we sent out (which were provided to us in a contract) were later deemed incorrect by Iberostar. Despite our best efforts and months of back-and-forth, the hotel would not honor the original pricing.

As you probably know, we don’t give up easily when it comes to making things right, especially when it comes to your time, money, and travel plans. But after two months of pushing, this is the best resolution we’ve been able to get.

Below are the final room block rates for Iberostar, which include transportation to and from the airport (which is usually $40 for two people one way). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.

With the wedding quickly approaching and a limited number of rooms available in each category, reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. We kindly ask that everyone books their rooms by Wednesday, April 16th to ensure availability.

A $700 deposit is required at the time of booking. You’ll need to provide the following information:

Full names of all guests per room

Dates of birth

Check-in and check-out dates

Room type

Credit card number, expiration date, security code

Billing address

P.S. The wedding is designed like a mini vacation! Activities will be planned from Thursday night through Saturday evening. 🎉
